Management Assistant

Chinar Libertas is looking for a management assistant who can help with day-to-day business operations, that can help with all the needs of the director. Needs to make business processes move as efficient as possible. You would be the perfect candidate if you are extremely organized and have a keen eye for detail.


  • Help director with their agenda’s and anything they need to fulfill their duties as directors
  • Keeping meeting notes of all sales calls and follow up on any actions points required.
  • Ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
  • Manage all financial operations including Billing, Supplier inquiries, Supplier payments, Client payments etc.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances with our accountant
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Maintaining contracts and PTO requests
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Publish and remove job ads
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed


  • Experience using spreadsheets using Microsoft office products
  • Extremely organized and detailed
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement.
